Poultry Farm Worker

We are currently seeking a poultry farm worker for Säkylän Munakori Oy (a subsidiary of Kieku Oy) in Säkylä. As a poultry farm worker, you will handle a variety of tasks, such as: - animal care - egg collection - maintaining cleanliness in the poultry house - other daily tasks requiring initiative and a brisk work ethic Work is performed during the day shift from 7:00 to 15:30, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday. What we expect from you: - ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and preferably in English - a Class B driver's license (mandatory) - good physical basic condition and a positive attitude - ability to work with initiative, responsibility, and independently Additionally, we value: - experience using an electric pallet jack - previous experience in poultry or agricultural work (not mandatory) What we offer you: - full-time work with the possibility of long-term employment - start as soon as possible - initially a 6-month employment contract with Eezy, after which there is a possibility to transfer permanently to the client company - modern and pleasant workspaces - the support of a friendly and functional work community - the opportunity to learn new things and develop in your work Remuneration is determined according to the Rural Economy Collective Agreement (TES), with a starting salary of at least 11 €/h.
