A LA CARTE WAITER/WAITRESS – Restaurant Mamma Rosa, Helsinki We are looking for a la carte waiters/waitresses to join the top team at Mamma Rosa! The legendary Restaurant Mamma Rosa has served Helsinki residents since 1980. Located near Töölöntori, the restaurant is known for its high-quality food, relaxed atmosphere, and loyal customer base. We are now seeking experienced waiters/waitresses skilled in customer service and a la carte service for ongoing needs. The work consists of an average of 3–4 shifts per week, primarily evenings and weekends, but the number of shifts can be agreed upon according to your life situation and wishes. What does the job involve? Customer service in an a la carte restaurant, providing food and drink recommendations. Taking orders and handling cash register duties, as well as smooth cooperation between the dining area and the kitchen. What we hope for from you: Previous experience as an a la carte waiter/waitress, and the ability to work independently with your own tables after initial orientation. We expect a cheerful and customer-oriented approach from all our waiters, and the ability to work with a positive attitude even during busy periods.
