We are looking for a welder for our client company in Tampere. The job description includes welding work related to the production of advertising signs; other metal production tasks may also be included in the duties. The employment is full-time, 40 hours/week. Working hours are Mon-Fri, approximately 7:30 - 16:00. After orientation, there is a possibility to agree on flexible working hours. Previous work experience and versatile expertise in different welding methods and materials are an advantage for the applicant. The most important qualities are a proactive, collaborative, and active approach to work. A motivated beginner eager to learn can also be trained for the position. We hope for applicants to have: - previous work experience as a welder / education in the field - understanding of welding drawings and the ability to work based on them - precision for high-quality workmanship - an eager to learn, energetic, and proactive approach to work - ability to work both as part of a team and independently - desire to commit to long-term work Work starts as agreed, as soon as possible. The employment is concluded as an open-ended staffing agency contract through Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut, with the possibility of later employment directly by the client company.
