Lead Occupational Physiotherapist

We are seeking a Lead Occupational Physiotherapist to join our national occupational health organization. The role involves leading the content development, impact, and nationwide consistency of workplace physiotherapy services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practices that support clients’ work ability and well-being. You will connect the occupational physiotherapy network with service production and user insights, drive cross-disciplinary collaboration and nationwide adoption of new models, and develop the skills and practices of physiotherapists across the network. The position is full-time with a flexible hybrid work model; most work can be done remotely, with periodic meetings at the Helsinki Kamppi office to support collaboration and community.
