Stairwell Cleaner

We are currently hiring a part-time cleaner for stairwell maintenance in apartment buildings in Oulu. You will be responsible for routine cleaning of stairwells and, if needed, basic cleaning in the Tuira area. You will travel between sites with your own car and transport cleaning supplies. The job is physical and requires good stamina. Work days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 07:00 to 16:00, 6.5 hours per day and 19.5 hours per week. The assignment is permanent and starts by agreement, no later than 7 September 2026. The job offers pay according to the Real estate services collective agreement pay grade 2 (12.59 €/h) and may include additional allowances.
