Alongside the ERP renewal, you will develop the global IT architecture and build a centralized data warehouse for reporting and analytics. You will create a roadmap for your area of responsibility covering global needs and guide and support project execution. We offer a key role and an exceptional career step in a global transformation, with the opportunity to directly influence business scalability and work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) within an international team. Responsibilities include leading the ERP transformation process from requirements definition to deployment, defining ERP requirements for sales, manufacturing, projects, and supply chain needs, designing integrations between systems, data flows, and master data structures considering reporting, analytics, and AI needs, and acting as a bridge between business and IT functions. We are looking for previous experience in selecting and implementing ERP systems, strong understanding of IT systems integration with manufacturing and project business processes, practical experience in IT architecture and integrations, fluent Finnish and English language skills, and a suitable higher education background. Preferred skills include experience in developing data platforms and data warehouses, knowledge of automation or AI utilization, deep understanding of master data management, and previous experience with ERP systems and their implementation projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Visma L7, etc.). The recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, including personality and cognitive ability tests. The role is based in Tampere, Pirkkala, Nokia, Ylöjärvi, Kangasala, Mänttä-Vilppula, or Urjala, Finland, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
