About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Civil Supervisor to join a major hyperscale data center project in Finland! Responsibilities: - Oversee civil/CSA works on a high-profile build - Coordinate subcontractors - Ensure quality and local safety compliance - Report to Project Manager on project progress and outline any issues you foresee Requirements: - Experience working on large-scale industrial projects (data centers, pharmaceuticals, or something equally relevant) - CSA experience - Civil background - Experience working on a freelance/'project by project' contract - EU passport/the right to work as a contractor in Finland
