Property caretaker

An experienced property maintenance professional for the Haaga area in Helsinki. We are seeking an experienced property caretaker for the Haaga area. The tasks are varied, but mainly days will be spent on traditional property maintenance duties for the area’s apartments. Responsibilities include both exterior and interior tasks, such as replacing taps, lamps and filters, fixing water leaks, and depending on the season snow shoveling, lawn mowing, and leaf blowing with trash rounds. The more experience you have with different property maintenance tasks, the more likely you are the right person for a long-term employment. Work starts when a suitable person is found and there are positions available for a long time. The employment starts as a temporary-to-permanent arrangement, with an excellent possibility to establish yourself and be taken on permanently by our client. If you have the following, you could be the one we’re looking for: at least a couple of years’ experience in property maintenance; good customer service skills and Finnish language proficiency; B-class driving licence and access to a car is a plus—the jobs are in the Haaga area and moving between sites is done with your own or client’s car; good work ethic – the job is independent and you are responsible for your own quality of work; reliability – we trust you as an employee and hope you trust us as an employer.
