Technical Specialist

We are now seeking for our client in Hämeenlinna: Technical Specialist As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the management and technical support of existing client accounts. The work involves comprehensively responding to the needs of current customers. In addition to customer work, the role includes technical consulting, management of ordering and delivery processes, and close cooperation with production, among others. The main focus is on interface work with customer operators, system specialists, and maintenance personnel. You will have the opportunity to influence the development of delivery reliability, quality, and processes as part of the entire organization's joint efforts.
