Electrical Project Manager · On-Site – We’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager to assist with the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Denmark. This role is with one of the most well-known EPC contractors within the Data Center space, who have successfully delivered numerous Hyperscale projects for some of the largest end-clients across the globe. As the Electrical Project Manager, the role involves taking ownership of the electrical scope from design coordination through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our client are keen to maintain their reputation for delivering projects to a high-standard. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of all electrical works across the data centre project. Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee installation of MV/LV distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and associated electrical infrastructure. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Drive health, safety, and quality compliance across all electrical activities. Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Chair progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Support testing, commissioning, energisation, and final project handover. Key Requirements: Degree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical projects within the data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or critical infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of MV/LV systems and mission-critical electrical installations. Experience working for an EPC contractor or major general contractor. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced construction environment.
