We are now looking for a TECHNICAL PROPERTY CARETAKER for a site located in Vallila, Helsinki! Employment: permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week) Start date: as agreed Working hours: weekdays between 7:00 and 17:00 In this role, you will be responsible for the monitoring, supervision, and adjustment of technical systems in your area, such as heating, ventilation, water, and automation systems. Your work includes locating the causes of faults, repairing minor defects, and a wide variety of tasks related to property care and maintenance. We hope that you are available for on-call duty once you have become familiar with the customer site. We are looking for a property maintenance professional for our close-knit team who enjoys working with people. You have an eye for good customer service, are proud of your expertise, and know how to share it with others. We also expect an eye for the maintenance of the outdoor areas of a high-value property. Additionally, you need: - previous work experience in similar roles for at least 2-3 years - a good customer service attitude and a proactive approach to work - a Class B driver's license - a relevant degree is considered an advantage The person selected for the position will undergo drug testing, a credit check, and a brief security clearance.
