Podiatrist

The job posting is for a podiatrist in Etelä-Karjala. The role involves independent patient consultations with a multidisciplinary team including diabetes nurses, wound nurses, physiotherapists and a physician. The clinic focuses on clinical podiatry, especially care of feet for diabetes patients and rheumatic patients. The successful candidate will have experience in clinical podiatry and will work with appropriate equipment for foot treatments and relief procedures. Suitable candidates are creative, customer-oriented and possess good manual skills. Requirements include a podiatry degree and licensure under the Health Care Professionals Act (559/94). Vaccination against infectious diseases as required by the Infectious Diseases Act, and participation in infection-control questionnaire. The position includes a 6-month probationary period.
