A well-built tomorrow is made together. We are looking for a Wooden Element Designer for our wooden element factory in Hämeenlinna. At the wooden element factory, we design and manufacture wooden large elements and industrial prefabrication products for professional builders. The product range includes large elements such as exterior walls, roof elements, fire stops, intermediate floors, warehouses and noise barriers. As an element designer, you are responsible for preparing element plans, production quality control and production steering. You also participate in assisting tasks in procurement. What will help you succeed in this role: You will succeed in this task if you can perceive wholes and lead work systematically to the goal. Strong interaction skills are important in the task, as you will work closely with different stakeholders every day. We expect experience in wooden structure design and a university degree in the construction industry (e.g. construction engineer or master). We value previous experience in design tasks, but you can also be at the beginning of your career. Previous experience in wooden construction is considered an advantage. AutoCAD and ArchiCAD design software are hopefully already familiar to you.
