We are looking for a project manager for a fixed-term employment in HUS IT Administration Project Manager Services. HUS IT Administration is an active player that develops and implements new innovations in the healthcare sector. IT Administration is a HUS result unit and provides information system solutions and services to the HUS group, the group's partners, and subsidiary and associated companies. We are looking for a project manager for a fixed-term position in the IT Administration's Steering of Development responsibility area, Project Manager Services responsibility unit. Project Manager Services operates as part of the Steering of Development responsibility area, whose task is to renew and unify HUS group's operation-based ICT development and steer the related development and project activities. The current position is located in the administrative enterprise resource planning (ERP) renewal project, where the enterprise resource planning supporting HUS's finance, human resources, and materials management core functions is being renewed. Job Description As a project manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of project entities related to the administrative ERP renewal project. In the position, you work in close cooperation with various HUS actors, IT Administration experts, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The project is a significant operational renewal for HUS, where system renewal supports the development and unification of processes. In your role: - you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of the project entities - you take care of the monitoring, reporting, and documentation of project progress - you ensure that projects progress according to goals, schedule, and budget - you identify project risks, dependencies, and change needs and promote necessary solutions - you work in close cooperation with HUS experts, IT Administration, suppliers, and other stakeholders - you follow HUS's common project management operating models and quality requirements. Collaboration skills, management of overall entities, and the ability to purposefully advance large and phased development entities are emphasized in the position. What we expect from you Success in the position requires: - at least three years of experience in project manager roles for large information system or ERP projects - strong IT project management expertise and evidence of successful implementation of IT projects - understanding of the implementation of large integration solutions - ability to manage large entities and advance several things simultaneously - good cooperation and interaction skills and a customer-oriented approach - a proactive, goal-oriented, and solution-centered way of working - ability to quickly adopt new operating environments and contents - stress tolerance and ability to act in changing situations. Additionally, we value: - experience in system renewals for ERP, finance, human resources, or materials management - knowledge of HUS administrative processes, IT Administration services, or project management operating models - experience in public procurement and supplier cooperation - knowledge of project management methods. We offer you an independent and responsible position where you can work on a large renewal project. You will be supported by an expert and pleasant work community and the opportunity to collaborate with various HUS actors and partners. Our office is located within easy reach in Helsinki. We work hybridly, and remote work can be done 2–3 days a week, if the job tasks allow. The position-specific salary is €4,402.77/month and possible experience and other additions. The position is fixed-term. Employment begins on October 1, 2026, or by agreement and lasts until October 30, 2029. A six-month probationary period applies to the position. Interested?
