Electrician / Site Lead

Electrician – come grow with EC Sähkö! Jobros Oy is looking for an experienced electrician for its client EC Sähkö Oy in the Turku area. EC Sähkö is now looking for an experienced electrician who wants to carry out varied electrical contracting work and, if they wish, take on more responsibility for sites. What will you do? The work focuses on varied electrical contracting in Turku and the Southwest Finland region. Sites vary, so the working days are not simply a repetition of the same tasks. You will carry out varied electrical installations and contracting, work at renovation and new-build sites, solve practical electrical challenges on sites, take responsibility for the quality and schedules of your own work, collaborate with customers, other installers and supervisors, and take on more responsibility for site progress according to your experience. You are especially interesting to us if you are ready to act as a site lead. In that case, you may take responsibility for work progress, guiding installers, coordinating materials and communicating with supervisors and other parties. What do we expect? Above all, we are looking for an independent and skilled professional. We hope you have at least four years of electrical contracting experience; electrician training and the qualifications needed for the role; the ability to work independently; good electrical-drawing reading skills; a careful and responsible approach; a good attitude toward teamwork and customer service; a category B driving licence; and Finnish language skills. Experience leading a site or the potential to work as a site lead is an advantage. You do not need to be an experienced supervisor already.
