G2 are currently looking for a Quality Engineer (Quality Assurance) to join our client on a permanent basis to be based in the Rotterdam region, Netherlands. This is a permanent opportunity with an equipment manufacturer. The client is working in the Oil & Gas industry on upstream projects on an international basis. They are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with experience covering quality inspection and analysis, welding inspection and inspection for fabrication, this would be coupled with QMS management for their systems. START: ASAP LOCATION: Rotterdam, Netherlands SALARY: €5,000 - €6,000 per month + 8% Quality Engineer – QA – Engineering, Design, Manufacturing Quality Inspector/Engineer technical background Quality management (QMS) type process experience Strong quality systems knowledge, ISO 9001 practical experience within highly regulated industries (Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, etc.) Quality control and quality assurance understanding Ideally a knowledge of welding procedures or standards (basic experience is suitable) Knowledge of working with quality supply chain, procurement, supply chain inspection from a project perspective Fluent English essential The client primarily works supporting onshore and offshore process plant operators, they are involved with manufacturing for process equipment for the Chemical, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas sectors.

Requirements
- Technical background as a Quality Inspector or Engineer
- Practical experience with ISO 9001 in highly regulated industries (Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, etc.)
- Understanding of quality control and quality assurance
- Fluent English
