Club Instructor Are you looking for extra income, for example alongside your studies, where you can do meaningful work with children, learn new things, and earn your own money? We are seeking a Club Instructor for a fixed-term employment contract in Tammela from the end of August 2026 to May 2027. There is a possibility of continuation, and through this, you will be prioritized for, for example, summer jobs. We will provide orientation for the tasks, and the selected person must complete the 4H Osaava Club Instructor training. What does the work involve? In this role, you will: - guide children's club activities, with the theme of Stick Horses. - work as part of a happy and encouraging work community. - learn responsibility, customer service, and leadership skills. Who is this job suitable for? You are the person we are looking for if: - you are reliable and social - you get along with different types of people - you are ready to learn new things and work responsibly - you are 18 years old; minors can apply for the assistant instructor position using the same form 4H is an international youth organization that supports young people's employability skills and entrepreneurship. Working hours and duration - The work lasts over 6 months, approximately 10 hours per week - Shifts: clubs are held starting from 13:00–14:00.
