Group Accounting Specialist for IFRS & Treasury at Tokmanni Group. This international role combines group accounting expertise with back-office support for Group Head of Treasury. You will participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes, apply IFRS standards in group accounting and reporting, and help ensure the accuracy and quality of reporting within your area. About half of the role involves supporting treasury operations by acting as back-office support for the Group Head of Treasury, coordinating recording and reporting of financing transactions, and assisting with IFRS and other financial reporting questions. You will identify improvement opportunities at the interfaces of group accounting, IFRS reporting, and treasury processes, and draft and maintain accounting guidelines, process descriptions, controls and other documentation, especially related to financing. We expect you to have a suitable university degree (master or bachelor) and a few years of group accounting experience, strong Excel and data management skills, and fluent English; Finnish knowledge is a plus. The position offers hybrid work, with roughly half remote and half on-site at the Tokmanni administration and logistics center in Etelä-Mäntsälä, located near Lahti, Hyvinkää and ring road III.
