Building services specialists for various construction sites Hello there! We are looking for skilled and motivated HVAC and building services professionals for our client to work on ongoing and upcoming projects, including areas such as Jyväskylä, the Helsinki metropolitan area, and Oulu. What is the role? We are seeking HVAC and other building services specialists for various construction projects. Sites are available in both ongoing and soon-to-start projects, and sites change as projects progress. The projects range from new construction to renovation and repair work. We are specifically looking for HVAC installers, but we are also seeking other building services professionals for various installation and maintenance tasks. Work may include, for example, piping, heating, water, sewage, and ventilation installations, as well as other building services tasks based on your experience and expertise. In most sites, a valid occupational safety card is required. Depending on the task, a hot work permit, water work permit, or other industry certifications may also be required. Please specify in your application: * your experience in HVAC or building services tasks * the types of sites you have worked at * the types of tasks you are particularly interested in * which locations you are willing to work in (Jyväskylä, Helsinki metropolitan area, Oulu, or several of these) * when you can start. In many sites, the working language is Finnish, so please mention in your application if your working language is different.
