We are looking for a working foreman (team lead) for our client to join a professional and relaxed work group. As a working foreman, you will ensure the smooth flow of daily work, guide the work process, and act as a contact person for management. You will also participate in the daily operational work. Approximately 60% of the work consists of paint shop operational tasks and approximately 40% consists of office work. In this role, you will work under an experienced foreman. Your duties include reading drawings, using the ERP system, guiding the team's work, and performing operational tasks such as high-pressure spray painting, operating a forklift and overhead crane, and other paint shop tasks. The objects to be painted may be various machine parts, larger devices, or various metal structures. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 40h/week. Salary is determined based on experience/agreement. The applicant's salary request will be considered. Orientation and training will be provided if necessary. The start date is during August and will be agreed upon together.
