Commissioning Engineer – On-Site. G2 are working with a large EPC recruiting a Freelance Commissioning Engineer to support a large-scale Data Center in the Netherlands. Responsibilities: Commissioning engineering duties – supporting medium-voltage design activities for substations, grid connections, transformers, switchgear and protection systems. Construction and Commissioning support – supervising MV/ LV installation works, overseeing testing & energisation activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and grid requirements. Requirements: You must be a qualified Electrical / Power Engineer by degree standard or equivalent. 3 years of experience working as a commissioning engineer. Experience with Siemens Protection Relays. Knowledge of MV/ LV equipment such as transformers, switchgear, protection relays and SCADA interfaces. English communication skills to C1+ level for documentation and stakeholder interaction across multi‑national teams.
