We are looking for a head chef for our client's high-end resort, who values meticulous craftsmanship, top-quality ingredients, and memorable flavor combinations. In this role, you will create culinary experiences for international guests, where quality, aesthetics, and attention to detail are central. As a head chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and maintaining high standards of dish quality. You will be actively involved in food preparation and will develop menus together with the team. The work includes preparing à la carte dishes, planning menu concepts, and executing various dinners and events. Working days vary according to the season and customer flow, so flexibility is important. Requirements: - Previous experience in an à la carte kitchen - Excellent proficiency in English and Finnish - Hygiene passport - Understanding of cost tracking and kitchen economics - Ability to use a car, as commuting to the workplace is easiest by car Employment Details: Start date is October 1st or as agreed.
