We are looking for a head chef, for whom local food is more than just ingredients! Head Chef / Responsible Cook Do you want to step directly into the spotlight where your craftsmanship and results are truly visible? You will be responsible for the operational activities of the kitchen and menu planning. You know how to create seasonal local food menus that work seamlessly during busy lunches, in stylish à la carte settings, and at 100-person evening banquets. Tasting alone is not enough – you understand waste management, raw material costs, and how to price dishes so that the bottom line is more than just good feelings. With us, you will collaborate with our own baker and our own shop. You will confidently utilize raw materials from small producers and create hit products that reflect the local food philosophy of the Market Hall. In this way, you will help domestic small producers succeed. We do not offer Gordon Ramsay’s million-dollar salary, but you will be paid exactly according to your skills and responsibilities. And of course, you will work with colleagues with whom everything runs smoothly and laughter echoes, even when the hall is full. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
