Our operations have expanded with a new office in Vantaa, and we are now looking for new colleagues to join a relaxed, cheerful, and active team to start customer acquisition in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The work can begin in May according to the agreement, directly employed by Top Security. Companies are highly interested in security matters and are eager to hear about them. The customer acquisition specialist has ready contact information. Calls are smooth and efficient, enabling numerous contacts during the workday. Earnings are typically commission-based, depending on the number of meetings scheduled, sales made by representatives, and the size of deals, usually around €2000 - €3500/month. You can significantly influence your income through your interaction skills and activity. The work is mainly from the office during weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm with flexible hours. Occasional remote work is also possible. The supportive work community and shared moments at the office contribute to good results. The time allocated for customer acquisition is 7.5 hours per day, but the daily target of meetings is often reached faster, allowing you to finish early and enjoy your free time.
