Restaurant Server

StaffPoint is recruiting restaurant servers for Lapland Hotels Olos for the 2026–2027 winter season! Work starts by agreement in November or December and continues until around mid-March or April. The employment is fixed-term and offers 90 hours per three weeks. Duties include buffet or à la carte server work. The Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. The employment contract is made between StaffPoint and the employee. We hope you have restaurant-sector training or varied experience in restaurant work, are quick and self-directed, and hold alcohol-serving and hygiene passports. Finnish and English language skills are required; other language skills are an advantage. Its large fireplace, between the restaurant and lobby bar, is the warm heart of the hotel. From the restaurant’s large windows, you can admire the view towards the Pallastunturi fells during dinner. The restaurant’s culinary journey travels through Lapland’s fells, forests and clear waters. It presents the finest northern ingredients and shows our passion for cooking. Takka is a cosy à la carte restaurant whose food reflects a love of food and northern ingredients. The large fireplace between the restaurant and Lobby Bar is the warm heart of the hotel. The log restaurant serves breakfast as well as pre-ordered lunches and dinners. During the spring ski holidays, Polar Kota serves customers as a slope-side restaurant, with dishes such as sautéed reindeer on the menu.
