Psychiatric Nurse

Mehiläiset seek a permanent psychiatric nurse for our Helsinki Ruoholahti outsourcing health center. We are looking for a skilled and development‑oriented psychiatric nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The team includes nurses, doctors, physiotherapist, and a psychiatric nurse. The work is largely independent, demanding responsibility and self-management, with opportunities to grow as a professional. We value excellent communication skills, a positive and flexible attitude, and a strong work ethic. Experience in similar tasks is an advantage. You will be trained as a nurse and must be educated accordingly. Finnish and Swedish language skills are required; English is an advantage. Responsibilities include treating anxiety, life crises, and depression; ADHD initial assessments and planning follow-ups; and evaluating patients for rehabilitation therapy with Kela. Patients are referred to you via a doctor or another nurse. The role is within a multidisciplinary team that emphasizes immediate engagement with patient problems and individual care.
