Internship: Electrical

STP Oy is offering an internship in electrical, security and building technology. The internship involves working under experienced installers on customer sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Uusimaa, with a focus on practical learning in electrical installations, security and access control systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, building automation and related building tech. The content of the internship is shaped by your education, skills and interests. You will learn by collaborating with professionals and may have the opportunity to complete required card and competency trainings. The internship includes company-provided workwear, tools and modern equipment, and a supportive team. The role involves learning on the job in diverse customer sites with shifting daily locations. If a path to permanent employment arises, STP offers career progression toward senior technician and team leader roles. Applicants should be studying electrical, automation technology, ICT/IT, building services or related fields. Desired attributes include interest in technical work, initiative, willingness to learn; basic tool handling; good Finnish language skills; B-driver’s license is advantageous but not required.
