Recruitment Intern

We are looking for HR interns for the period May 1 to August 31 or June 1 to August 31 for both Kuopio and Kajaani offices. We expect interest in HR tasks and proficient use of Office tools, as well as interest in the personnel services field. Customer service and telemarketing are valued. Experience in the restaurant sector is helpful because the field is mainly large-scale catering and restaurant sectors, as well as municipal and private. Studies in labor law and recruitment are valued. The job mainly involves filling shifts for large clients, with the Finago system and phone as central tools. A good pool of workers is central for filling shifts. Creating job advertisements with TeamTailor and screening applicants via interviews, documenting candidate descriptions for the entrepreneur. The work is fast-paced, with hours from 06:30 to 17:00. Work is done both from the office and remotely from home. We use various systems to search for workers, create job advertisements and record hours or think about sales figures, so in this internship you will learn recruitment basics well.
