Kunnossapidon asiantuntija Turengin tehtaalle Valioon. Tehtävässä yhdistyvät käytännön tekninen ongelmanratkaisu, kunnossapidon kehittäminen, projektien koordinointi sekä datan ja uusien teknologioiden hyödyntäminen. Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä tuotannon, kunnossapidon, automaation, teknisten palveluiden ja laitetoimittajien kanssa. Muita tärkeitä teemoja ovat energiatehokkuus ja turvallisuus. Työ on pääsääntöisesti päivätyötä; joustavuutta tarvitaan. Eduksi katsotaan kokemus automaatiojärjestelmistä, Power BI sekä prosessi- ja kappaletavarateollisuudesta. Työehtosopimus MVL. Responsibilities
- Analyze production equipment faults and recurring technical issues and identify root causes
- Develop predictive and preventive maintenance and lifecycle management of equipment
- Improve maintenance procedures, metrics and reporting
- Plan and implement agreed development, modernization and investment projects
- Define projects, schedule, monitor costs, coordinate suppliers and commissioning
- Utilize AI and other digital tools in fault analysis, reporting and planning
- Contribute to plant safety, energy efficiency and technical systems improvements
- Work with multiple stakeholders to continuously improve maintenance operations
Requirements
- Technical training (vocational, technician or engineer)
- Experience in food industry and understanding of food hygiene and safety
