Mehiläinen is seeking nurses for on-call positions in home care teams in the Seinäjoki area. The work is three-shift work. The work allows for versatile professional development and we arrange individual orientations to an interesting client group and their care. Our clients' situations are always individual in terms of personality and care needs; we hope for an open attitude to meet the client and respond to their needs. Important in working at the client's home is that you perform the work independently and want to build a good and sustainable client relationship. We value extensive professional expertise acquired in the care field. Our nurse Mira describes the work as follows: "We implement hospital-level care in home settings. Despite the equipment, the most important tool is the nurse's own personality. You are part of the client's and family's life, on weekdays and holidays. You can do your work without rush, but you can act and make independent quick decisions when necessary. Around you, there is also a large team helping and supporting." We expect from you: Practical nurse or registered nurse degree. Sote professional card. Vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act. Desire to commit to high-quality care. Good interaction and teamwork skills as well as a positive and proactive approach to work. Valid LOVe permits, but you can complete these through us if necessary. Strong IT skills to ensure smooth use of systems. Good oral and written proficiency in Finnish. The position requires a tuberculosis certificate according to Section 55 of the Infectious Diseases Act for all who meet the THL risk criteria. Presentation of a criminal record extract from selected applicants. We cannot consider students of the field for this client group. The possibility of using your own car facilitates reaching client sites. Remuneration is according to the collective agreement of the private social service sector depending on education and years of experience: For practical nurses according to pay grade G22 €15.09/h - €17.09/h + 9% holiday compensation. For registered nurses according to pay grade G24 €16.71/h - €18.35/h + 9% holiday compensation.
