Practical Nurse

We are looking for evening- and night-shift oriented employees for on-call work in three teams. We are seeking a responsible, empathetic, positive practical nurse with a rehabilitative approach. The work takes place in our clients' homes, and during the shift, you focus on caring for only one child at a time. Quality nursing care and a relaxed pace are central to our work. Our clients are diverse, and different expertise and understanding are required to support their safe and high-quality care. Work may include various nursing procedures, such as: ostomy change/emptying, tube feeding via gastrostomy, catheterization, ventilation support, and safe medication administration. Various communication tools, such as computers or picture cards, may be used at our sites. In some locations, expertise in neuropsychiatric special characteristics is required. In addition to nursing procedures and basic care, we ensure the child's development and growth, as well as a safe and meaningful environment, taking into account the family and their uniqueness. We will provide induction to the job with the support of a skilled nurse. We support working in the client's home and have built good cooperation into the entire team's operations. Your work is supported by supervisors responsible for the teams. We operate a 24/7 emergency service that can be contacted if necessary.
