We hope you can start in the position during September-October. Tavana's first community living unit for the elderly is being built in the Hennala area of Lahti and is scheduled to open in autumn 2026. As an instructor, you support the daily well-being, safety and functional capacity of the elderly. Your work consists of holistic care and nursing of the residents and assisting and supporting them in daily activities. Good interaction skills, a responsible work approach and the ability to meet residents individually and appreciatively are emphasized in the work. We are looking for brisk and competent social and health care professionals who have work experience in elderly services. The salary class in the instructor's position is G20C, based on your years of experience, the basic salary is: 2493.06-2719.93 €/month.
