Shift Manager

S Group is seeking a Shift Manager for its leadership team to work across three restaurants in Rovaniemi: Rosso, Coffee House, and Uitto Pub. The position is available as either a permanent or fixed-term contract with 90 hours every three weeks, starting in October. The restaurants are centrally located on Maakuntakatu in Rovaniemi. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and overall management of the shifts across three different concepts. Your duties include organizing shift activities efficiently, managing daily tasks, and focusing on staff well-being and skill development. You will also ensure the implementation of suggestive selling and customer satisfaction, while guiding and developing daily operations. An inspiring and energetic attitude is required to lead the team toward better results. Requirements include previous restaurant experience and valid alcohol serving and hygiene passports. The ideal candidate is positive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required.
