Join the team that gives quantum a heartbeat. As a Senior Product Manager for IQM Radiance and IQM Spark, you will help shape the future of IQM's on-premises quantum computing products. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, technology development, and business strategy, helping us make smart decisions about what to build, why it matters, and how it reaches the market. You will collaborate closely with R&D teams, technical product managers, sales, marketing, and customers around the world. Your role is to bring clarity to complex decisions, identify new opportunities, and ensure our products continue to solve meaningful problems for customers in a rapidly evolving market. Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and pain points through customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and industry engagement. Develop and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for IQM Radiance and IQM Spark together with technology and commercial teams. Drive innovation initiatives by evaluating market developments, customer trends, and emerging technologies. Define and validate new product concepts, MVPs, and future product opportunities. Prioritize product investments and development activities based on customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives. Partner with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute go-to-market activities for product launches and major updates. Support customer engagements, procurement processes, and tenders. Work with internal stakeholders across engineering, finance, legal, strategy, and commercial functions to align priorities and drive execution. Contribute to the development of scalable product management and requirements management practices across IQM. Help bridge customer expectations and technical possibilities in a fast-moving deep-tech environment.

Job Details

Requirements

  • M.Sc. in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Quantum Technology, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in product management, ideally complemented by experience in technical program or project management within hardware products or other complex deep-tech systems
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Experience working with the full product lifecycle from requirements, design, validation, production, and post-sales support
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and navigate ambiguity with confidence
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and drive outcomes across multiple initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence diverse teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
