Financial Mediation Officer - Intrum - Remote - Global

We are looking for a talented and experienced financial mediation officer to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of Marion, Team Manager, your main tasks will include supporting debtor clients, proposing amicable solutions, resolving disputes, handling requests via phone, email, and multichannel, negotiating payment plans and schedules, conducting solvency studies, processing invoices, making preventive reminders, managing collections, and ensuring follow-up within ethical and company guidelines. You will be welcomed with a WELCOME day and trained by our Coaches. You should bring clear, professional, and reasoned communication skills to facilitate mediation, experience in client relations in financial mediation, negotiation skills, versatility, autonomy, active listening, knowledge of multichannel customer relations techniques, and comfort with digital tools and IT. We offer working hours from Monday to Saturday with rotating schedules, a gross monthly salary between 1824 and 2100 euros depending on experience, two telework days per week after the trial period, a choice of 35h or 37h contracts plus one RTT per month, health insurance, meal vouchers of 10€ (60% employer-covered), a CSE with gift vouchers and holiday discounts, free parking, accessible public transport, and reimbursement of half of public transport subscriptions.
