Property Maintenance Technician

Are you looking to work in a diverse property maintenance role in Lapland's winter scenery? We are now seeking a reliable and proactive property maintenance technician to join Pohjolan Kiinteistöpalvelu's professional team for the winter season. The job includes a variety of property maintenance tasks, such as small repairs, maintenance work, snow shoveling, and snow plowing, so prior tractor driving experience is an advantage. You will help ensure that properties and their surroundings stay in good condition and safe in varying winter conditions. The work starts in December and continues until the end of the winter season, roughly April 30, 2027. Full-time hours.
