We are looking for ERP Data Specialists to join our internal Master Data Team. In this role, you will take ownership of master data handling across IFS Cloud and adjacent systems (OneStream, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and finance/procurement integrations), ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy across the organisation. This is more than a maintenance role; as IFS Cloud stabilises post go-live, we aim to move from setup mode into improvement mode, identifying patterns in tickets, proposing automation and AI-supported workflows, and helping the business get more value from cleaner, well-governed data. You will build deep expertise in ERP logic, master data management, and data-driven operations within a company at the centre of Europe’s energy transition. We hire for the long term and staff for success: this role is built so you can do it well, deliver real outcomes, and develop in the direction that fits your strengths. What You Will Do: - Own master data operations: take over and manage master data handling in IFS Cloud from external consultants - supplier, customer, project, item, chart of accounts, and related domains. - Resolve tickets end-to-end: pick up, assess, and resolve master data tickets, acting as the first point of contact for end users when clarification is needed. - Distinguish support from maintenance: apply clear judgment on what is a system issue, what is a master data correction, and what is a process or training gap and route accordingly. - Understand the logic, not just the click-path: build a working understanding of how master data flows through finance, procurement, and project processes and why setup choices matter downstream. - Drive improvements and AI-supported workflows: spot recurring patterns in tickets and data quality issues, and contribute to automation, validation rules, and AI-supported solutions that reduce manual handling over time. - Document and standardise: write and maintain instructions, data definitions, and process documentation so the team's knowledge scales beyond individuals. - Collaborate across the business: work closely with Finance, Procurement, Project & Portfolio Management, and the Digital product owners for IFS, OneStream, and analytics. Must Have: - Willingness to learn our business processes and how they are configured in IFS Cloud, combined with prior experience working with ERP logic in another system (e.g. Visma, Maconomy, SAP, Dynamics, or similar) — IFS-specific experience is not required. - Post-secondary education (bachelor or YH) in economics, engineering, redovisningsekonom, or a similar field. The discipline is broad, but a structured educational foundation is needed. - Comfortable with structured, detail-oriented work, while also able to step back and ask why a process looks the way it does. - Basic understanding of one or more of: finance, procurement, or project management. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus. - Self-driven, dependable, and able to balance several parallel topics without losing structure. Nice to Have: - Previous exposure specifically to IFS Cloud. - Familiarity with data quality, master data governance, or data modelling concepts. - Basic experience with Power BI, Excel power features, SQL, or Python for data work. - Interest in using AI and automation tools to improve daily work - not as a buzzword, but as a practical lever. - Experience working in a finance, procurement, or project-driven organisation. Why Join Us: - You will join a small, focused team where your work has direct, visible impact on how OX2 runs its business. You will gain hands-on experience with a modern ERP and data stack (IFS Cloud, OneStream, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI), build a practical foundation in master data and data governance, and have room to grow into a specialist role. Recruitment Process: - Our recruitment process is competence-based; we will review candidates continuously. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage everyone with the right competence and experience to apply in Sweden.
