Childcare Worker

We are looking for an early childhood education childcare worker for a fixed-term substitute position from 24.8.2026 to 15.2.2027. As an early childhood education childcare worker, we expect you to have good and versatile cooperation, interaction, and community skills. With your professional expertise, you will participate in and promote the holistic planning, implementation, evaluation, and development of the children's group activities. You will collaborate with guardians, staff from other daycare groups, and other cooperating parties. Qualification requirement: Qualification in accordance with Section 28 of the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018). Other persons suitable for the position may also be considered. Local level salary: 2531.90 €/month Working hours: 38.25 h/week Collective agreement: KVTES Two (2) months probation period applies to the position The selected person must provide the employer with a tuberculosis certificate in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act (Section 55) and present a criminal record extract in accordance with the Act on the Checking of the Criminal Background of Persons Working with Children (504/2002).
