We are seeking a motivated audit professional to join our team as Assistant Manager in charge of planning and leading audit engagements for public administration clients, mainly municipalities, municipal joint authorities and their subsidiaries. The role is to work within a team of experts and collaborate with the lead auditor on project design and execution. The position offers flexibility with remote work and national coverage, and may also be performed via a partner company. Responsibilities may include internal audit tasks and risk assessment, as well as participation in special audits. The work location can be Kuopio or Oulu (Finland) or fully remote. Salary expected based on experience: 3,700–4,200 €/month, plus eligibility for TALVEA profit bonus and potential personal bonus.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of auditing experience including at least 2 years in public sector audits
- relevant professional qualification (HT, KHT or JHT) or willingness to pursue
