You will work with helping the online shopping site’s customers at a stable company that works with many well-known brands. This way, you know exactly when and how long you will be abroad – with the possibility of extension if you want to work there for longer than 12 months. We are looking for someone who: Is at least 18 years old. Is fluent in either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch or German (spoken and written) and has good English skills. Has basic computer skills. Is service-oriented, professional, and thorough, but also responsible, goal-oriented, good at handling stress, and enjoys solving problems. Is flexible, available, and ready to work abroad for 12 months. About the job: Customer support via incoming phone calls, emails, and chats, where you analyze problems regarding the customer’s order, delivery, payment, and complaints in a quick, engaged, and educational manner, solving customer cases of both simple and complex nature. Working hours (8-hour shifts): Monday – Friday: 08:00-20:00 and rare weekends: 11:00-19:00 – 8 hours a day and always 40 hours a week. ⏳ You will work with set goals, where you will be evaluated on, among other things, talk time and customer satisfaction.
