Kaiku HR is seeking several workers for its client RMC (Rauma Marine Constructions) for significant shipbuilding industry projects at the Rauma shipyard. Your duties include, for example: - determining the job description based on drawings - installing reinforcement profiles on plates using manual welding - verifying the completed task We require from you: - interest in shipyard and machine shop work - previous work experience and/or training in plater-welder tasks - ability to read drawings - ability to work in heavy working positions - a careful and proactive approach to work - ability to work in a team - valid occupational safety and hot work cards - readiness for shift work Please note that a basic personnel security clearance will be conducted for the selected individuals.
