Application Specialist, Electrical

We are looking for an Application Specialist, Electrical to join our global Customer Success team. In this role, you work closely with global customers, helping them succeed with Cadmatic Electrical through support, training, and hands-on collaboration. You report directly to the Technical Manager and play an important role in connecting customer needs with product development and sales. You can work in Finland, Italy, or Estonia either remotely or with a hybrid model from one of our offices. The salary range for this role: Annual base salary of 26 000 € – 49 000 € plus a variable bonus, with on-target earnings (OTE) of 31 600 € – 56 100 €. Please note that this salary range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this position in all the possible working countries, and the final offer may vary within the range depending on the work experience, location, and the level of expertise.
