Versowood is seeking Preventive Maintenance Technicians for their Vierumäki site. In this independent role, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of a challenging production environment according to plan. As you become familiar with the production lines, you will also identify faults and areas for improvement. The primary goal is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of production. Work schedules include regular 12-hour weekend shifts, which allow for longer breaks on weekdays, while weekday shifts are 8 hours. The role is primarily three-shift work. The maintenance team in Vierumäki serves five different business lines and consists of approximately 40 professionals. Requirements include maintenance training or proven technical expertise. Due to the independent nature of the work, candidates should have sufficient experience working independently in an industrial environment. Versowood is looking for reinforcement in both mechanical and electrical maintenance; expertise in either or both is valued. Multi-skilled professionals or those with the potential and passion to become one are preferred. Social skills are also highly valued.
