Additionally, the entire staff actively participates in school development. The primary responsibility of the special class teacher is to provide individual support teaching for general education students, teach in special classes, provide language support, and support school dropouts. Qualification as a subject teacher is considered an advantage. Applicants are expected to describe the following in their application, which are relevant to the selection: - Experience in flexible planning, implementation, and assessment of teaching - Good cooperation and interaction skills, as well as a solution-oriented approach - Experience in teamwork - Proficiency in language-conscious teaching - Experience in co-teaching and school community development - Competence in using digital applications and learning environments required for the role - Experience in cooperation with various stakeholders, such as child protection services, and ideas for developing collaboration. Original certificates proving qualification must be presented during the interview. Salary is determined according to the municipal collective agreement for the education sector. The appointee must present a criminal record extract as required by law (504/2002) regarding working with children. The trial period is half the length of the employment.
