Welcome to Oma Häme as a physiotherapist! We are currently seeking a physiotherapist who has completed direct access physiotherapy training for a permanent position in the Forssa region. In addition to direct access services, the work includes other primary healthcare physiotherapy tasks, such as preventive rehabilitation. Work is also carried out via home visits as needed. There is an opportunity to perform partial remote work in the first-line rehabilitation phone and chat services. You will work as part of the adult rehabilitation services, which employ approximately 60 rehabilitation professionals. The work is independent, but you will receive comprehensive orientation and the support of a competent, collaborative, and positive work community. Excellent interaction and collaboration skills are emphasized in this role, as the work involves many client encounters and close cooperation with various professionals. We hope for an active and proactive approach and a desire to participate in the development of operations. We require a licensed physiotherapist qualification. Additionally, direct access physiotherapy training is required, as in Oma Häme's direct access operations, clients with musculoskeletal symptoms are directed to the physiotherapist's reception without a doctor's visit. Your workplace is located at the Korkeavaha health station in Forssa (Linikkalankatu 2, Forssa). The job includes home visits in the Forssa area as needed, which requires flexibility to move between different municipalities in the region. Performing the duties requires a driver's license and the possibility of using your own car if necessary. In addition to the position-specific salary, we pay an experience-based supplement, which may range from 0% to 8%. The accumulation of leave days is also determined based on length of service. Those working with the elderly and disabled must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6.4 of the Criminal Records Act, in accordance with Section 28.1 § of the Act on Supervision of Social and Health Care (741/2023). Remuneration and other terms of employment are determined according to the SOTE agreement. The probationary period is six months. Immediate patient and client work requires vaccination protection as required by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a respiratory tuberculosis clearance according to Section 55.
