Provide advanced technical expertise and 2nd/3rd level support for IAM / IDM services, including complex incidents, problem management and agreed on-call support. Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent industry experience, with experience in IAM / IDM operations, senior support or application management
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, access governance, least privilege, segregation of duties and privileged access management principles
- Good knowledge of directory and identity technologies such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, combined with hands-on experience in IAM / IDM platforms, connectors, workflows, APIs and data flows
- Scripting and query skills, for example PowerShell and SQL, for troubleshooting, reporting and automation
- Experience with ITSM processes, change/release/problem management, supplier coordination and clear communication in English; SAP or manufacturing experience is considered an advantage
