Our client is an internationally operating contract manufacturer employing over 900 people in Finland and Estonia. Your workday Your workday consists of versatile TIG welding of various machine parts, with material thicknesses ranging from 1–4 mm. Materials used include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steels, and acid-resistant steel, and the structures are manufactured according to strict quality requirements. Your working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on the day shift. However, we hope for a willingness to move to 2-shift work in the future. The employment follows the Technology Industries collective agreement, and the salary is negotiable based on your skills and experience.
