We are seeking a skilled Welder. Piicon Oy is a metalworking subcontractor based in North Karelia. Our services include sheet metal cutting and bending from metal, assembly services for industrial sectors, and steel constructions. Our aim is to improve the customer’s productivity by producing high-quality thin sheet metal and by providing assembly services for machine-building, metal products, automotive, and marine industries. We are now looking for a skilled welder with previous welding experience to join our small, flexible team. Your duties will include welding and finishing of various steel and aluminum parts. Our work is diverse, covering assembly tasks, MAG and TIG welding, sheet metal machine operation, and powder coating. You are also interested in laser welding and in the future possibly specializing in robot welding. Work is day shifts, 37.5 hours per week. We value the welder’s training and prior work experience, but you can also be new to the field as we train you well. We hope you can learn quickly, and you have a careful and motivated work attitude.
