
As a Senior Engineer Civil/Structural (m/f/d), you will lead the design and construction management of civil and structural systems for complex industrial facilities. Working within multidisciplinary project teams, you will ensure that technical solutions meet client requirements, project objectives, quality standards, budgets, and schedules. You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and design through construction and successful project delivery. Explore your tasks and responsibilities - Lead the design and construction management of civil and structural systems, including reinforced concrete and steel structures - Support Project Managers in delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards - Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender packages and support contractor selection activities - Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines, clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout project execution - Resolve technical design issues and support construction teams during site execution - Review and supervise calculations, drawings, and technical specifications while ensuring timely approvals - Monitor project progress, budgets, variations, and compliance with EHS and project standards through regular site visits and stakeholder meetings Show your expertise - Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline - Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and construction of industrial or complex building projects - Strong expertise in reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast structures, and long-span structural systems - Experience with foundations, piling works, substructures, superstructures, and site-based construction activities - Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients - Proficiency in structural design software and familiarity with BIM and 3D coordination tools such as Revit and Navisworks - Native-level Italian language skills and professional English communication skills (minimum B2 level) The salary range for this position is between € 49'400 and € 55'000 gross per year (full-time). The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
