Your primary task is as a burger employee or trainer, and additionally, you do shifts as an assistant shift manager. As an assistant shift manager, you are part of the restaurant's management team and are responsible for the restaurant's operation and results. Together with the management team, you develop your own and the restaurant staff's skills. Experience in the field? Great! We expect previous experience from the restaurant industry. We will train you for your duties, and the restaurant's management team will support you. In addition to the initial orientation, our HeseAcademy's training for managers will strengthen your existing skills.
